Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Communication Designer with a proven track record in creating compelling brand and campaign designs. This role is ideal for someone who can effectively translate ideas into engaging visual stories across digital and print platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing brand identities, campaigns, and digital-first creatives that resonate with our target audience. They will also develop visual strategies that strengthen communication and storytelling, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business-focused design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive visual strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Create impactful brand and campaign designs that engage and inform the target audience.
  • Design user-centric interfaces, infographics, and presentations that meet the needs of our stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to ensure innovative and effective design solutions.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 3+ years of experience in Visual Communication / Graphic Design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in brand identity, typography, digital campaigns, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects); Figma knowledge is a plus.
  • Exposure to motion graphics, video editing, or animation is preferred.
  • A deep understanding of design principles, color, and layout.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
