Job Overview:

Cloud System Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud System Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to design, configure, and maintain Oracle Field Service Cloud features.
  • Configure and integrate various Oracle Field Service Cloud components to meet business requirements.
  • Set up and manage user access, roles, and permissions for the Oracle Field Service Cloud platform.
  • Develop and implement Plug-Ins to enhance Oracle Field Service Cloud functionality.
  • Set up and manage daily extract file structure and integrate with third-party apps.
  • Integrate Oracle Field Service Cloud with other Oracle clouds, such as OSvC, OEC, OAC, BI, HCM, and Mobile apps.
  • Manage service requests and coordinate effectively with Oracle Cloud Support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of Oracle Field Service Cloud architecture and configuration.
  • Experience in designing and implementing system administration solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
