About the Job:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to leverage their expertise in talent acquisition and make a meaningful impact at Ridhira Group. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for various positions within the company, including therapists, front desk staff, customer service, and administrative roles.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the spa
• Utilize a range of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies, to identify potential candidates
• Conduct thorough screenings of resumes and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit with Ridhira Group
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs and ensure alignment on job descriptions, candidate profiles, and selection processes
• Foster a positive and engaging candidate experience from initial contact through the hiring process, providing timely feedback and updates
• Ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization, including pre-employment paperwork, orientation, and training

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of hiring for service industry roles (preferably in wellness, hospitality, or healthcare sectors)
• In-depth knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and internal teams
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations in India

Estimated Salary:
$80,000 - $100,000 per annum based on location and experience
