About the Role

Our Risk team sits at the heart of Revolut, playing a critical role in monitoring front-line performance and ensuring the business is on solid ground.

Members of our Controls (1LoD) team are among the first to get involved in new business initiatives, from app technology to customer support.

We're seeking a Business Risk Manager to join our Private Bank team, creating a first line of defence against potential risks. This individual will develop sustainable growth strategies aligned with operational risk frameworks and enhance our risk management procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess and document risks in our Private Bank
  • Design, implement and test controls
  • Develop and test key procedures
  • Create and review key risk indicators
  • Register risk events and manage risk incident reports

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A 2:1 degree from a top university
  • 6+ years of experience in operational risk management in financial services
  • Experience in private banking or wealth management (essential)
  • Experience with risk identification, monitoring and controls (implementation and testing)
  • Previous examples of interpreting and organising complex data
  • A solid track record of achievement, including competition awards (academic, professional or sports)
  • The ability to quickly assume responsibilities
  • An organised and methodical approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
