Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to support the growth and success of our organization.

In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to fill open positions. You will also be responsible for managing candidate relationships throughout the hiring process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Graduation from any stream is mandatory.
  • Experience: Prior experience in HR internships is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Understanding of Profit and Loss Concepts: Solid understanding of profit and loss concepts.
  • Goal-Oriented: Highly goal-oriented and committed to achieving targets.
