Senior Project Coordinator

This role involves ensuring that major ETO projects are implemented properly from order to hand over to the customer.
The ideal candidate will be in close contact with local Service organization and central functions (R&D, Marketing, Service, and Quality) to coordinate communication between the two parties and assure that customer requirements are understood and timely applied.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinate activities that people of central functions have to do at site to support the local organization if requested or needed.
- Supervise on site if necessary.
- Follow up problems found from design phase to commissioning involving the relevant department.
This position requires strong coordination skills to support central functions in having a smooth process from ETO design phase to assembly and test activity done in the factory. The candidate should be able to collect information and documentation (technical and commercial) from central functions and make them available to the local organization to support site activity.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum Qualifications:
- Technical school background.
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering is a plus.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- B-Tech, BE Mechanical, Electrical Engineer.
The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of HVAC-R products and principles, 10-12 or more years of experience in technical positions like Quality, Service, Product Manager, and excellent English language skills.
