AI Systems Engineer

Our organization seeks a skilled AI Systems Engineer to play a key role in the development of our innovative products.

As an AI Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex AI systems that meet the needs of our customers. This includes:

  • Designing and implementing architectures that are cost-efficient and aligned with our overall vision.
  • Implementing major and complex parts of the product.
  • Taking ownership of the delivery timeline and coordinating the complete development of products.
  • Taking ownership of product releases, pre-planning, and scaling infrastructure accordingly.
  • Leading the engineering team by communicating clear goals, providing constructive feedback, managing, coaching, and supporting them.
  • Maintaining high standards of code quality through regular design and code reviews.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven expertise in architecting and scaling AI Agent platforms with measurable adoption.
  • Strong knowledge of RAG pipelines (retrieval optimization, reranking, chunking, knowledge graphs).
  • Deep experience with conversational AI systems and evaluation frameworks.
  • A track record of scaling services to 200K+ MAUs (or equivalent scale).
  • 4+ years of engineering experience with demonstrated leadership in technical decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and design.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in Node.js and modern front-end frameworks (Vue.js/React/Angular) is a plus.
