AI Development Specialist Job Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled AI Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and deploying artificial intelligence solutions, as well as expertise in Full Stack engineering, DevOps, and automation tools.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior engineers and product teams to deliver features, document learnings, and stay updated with emerging AI tools and frameworks.

  • Avoid unnecessary data duplication using RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines.
  • Integrate popular LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) into applications using their APIs.
  • Create scalable AI-powered applications using Codex, Clause Code, or other AI copilots.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement AI-Assisted Development workflows.
  • Bulk build and maintain web applications using Full Stack development techniques.
  • Develop and deploy cloud services using infrastructure automation tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 1–2 years of experience in software development / full stack engineering.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud deployments.
  • Basic working knowledge of RAG pipelines, MCP integrations, and vector databases.
