Job Title: Account Management Professional

Deliver exceptional client experiences through strategic account management and coordinated campaign execution.

About the Role:
  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships through proactive communication.
  • Develop and execute end-to-end campaigns across mainline and digital channels, ensuring timely project delivery and seamless coordination.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, digital, and strategy teams to deliver impactful solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Present clear and concise briefs, campaign reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Bidirectional communication is key. Identify client needs and propose innovative ideas to add value and strengthen partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and preferences to inform campaign strategies.
  3. Analyze performance data to optimize campaign ROI and make data-driven recommendations.
  4. Foster long-term relationships with clients by consistently delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in account management within advertising, marketing, or digital agencies.
  • Hands-on experience managing both mainline and digital campaigns, including social media, paid ads, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences and settings.
  • Strong project management abilities with a proactive approach, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintain composure in challenging situations, and perform well in fast-paced environments.
