- Develop dynamic Tableau dashboards and visual tools to support client decision-making.
- Establish strong relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships through exceptional service.
- Mentor and develop team members, promoting continuous learning and growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, or Healthcare Management).
- 6+ years of experience in US Pharma consulting, focusing on patient analytics and claims data analysis.
- Advanced expertise in Tableau for creating high-impact dashboards and visualizations.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing client engagements.
- Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Good to Have: Experience with Dataiku for advanced analytics and machine learning applications.
