Job Description: As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth market analysis and providing valuable insights to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your analytical skills and industry knowledge to drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in finance and data analysis, with a minimum of 4-7 years of relevant experience in the power industry or on the sell-side. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Checks and Insights: Conduct regular channel checks to gather market insights and translate them into actionable data, using financial models to assess potential impacts on company margins and valuations.
  • Research and Analysis: Work closely with our Lead Analyst/Head of Research to support new stock initiations and contribute to the generation of fresh stock ideas, which are published exclusively for institutional investors.
  • Data Management: Create, maintain, and update data in financial models, along with tables and graphs that clearly illustrate the information, and develop databases integral to our research product.
  • Relationship Building: Build relationships and facilitate information flow with contacts at covered companies, and participate in client meetings and events.
