Effective management of import operations and e-commerce growth requires a strategic leader who can navigate regulations, customs clearance, and logistics.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with US import regulations, manage documentation, and optimize customs clearance processes.
  • Liaise with suppliers for shipment consolidation, negotiate logistics costs, and streamline freight forwarding services.
  • Standardize paperwork and automate procedures for efficient shipments into the US.
E-commerce Sales Channel Development
  • Oversee onboarding and operational efficiency across Amazon USA (FBA), Shopify storefront, and other US marketplaces.
  • Coordinate with 3PLs/warehouses for inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping orchestration.
  • Ensure compliance with US product labeling, documentation, and marketplace rules.
Business & Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with finance teams for supplier/trader payments, invoicing, and cash flow management.
  • Collaborate with tech teams to integrate tools (ERP/CRM, inventory systems, shipping dashboards) and drive process automation.
  • Provide leadership insights on shipments, channel readiness, and operational KPIs.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management and have 2-4 years of experience in import/export operations, supply chain, or e-commerce logistics. Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills are essential for this role.
