Key Role

This ideal candidate will lead the social marketing mandate, overseeing social Go-To-Market strategy and influencer campaign management.

  • Briefing agency partners to align plans, develop deliverables, and ensure timely completion.
  • Developing strategies for Shorts social marketing activations, including owned and operated social channels and allied partners, to drive business goals.
  • Working closely with external partners to align plans and ensure smooth delivery of tasks.
  • Informing internal teams of key trends and/or brand crisis situations on social media that can impact the business.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Informing paid media decisions to drive reach and engagement.
  • Community Management, focusing on identifying engagement opportunities and driving conversations between brand and users.
  • Developing strategies for recruitment and optimization of influencers - understanding the Indian influencer ecosystem.
Requirements:
  • Comfortable working with data, numbers, and great content for social media audiences.
  • Ensuring agency execution aligns with marketing briefs while maintaining brand guidelines.

Collaborating with colleagues across marketing and business teams to deliver social marketing plans.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills for representing work to stakeholders.
  • Team player mindset.

An experimental and dynamic approach to work.

  • Analyzing successes, failures, learnings, and ways forward on initiatives and experiments.
  • Continuous optimization of influencer plans based on feedback, learnings, and results.
  • Running robust experiments to optimize influencer marketing plans informing future marketing strategies.

Minimum Qualification: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum 6-9 years of relevant experience in social media marketing and influencer marketing.
