Legal Automation Specialist

About the role:

A top player in the legal services industry.

  • Experience with Relativity, iConect, and other industry-standard platforms.
  • Involved in 2 simultaneous projects across multiple clients depending on project size.
  • Client-facing role with strong communication skills.
  • Daily status reports and metrics provided to PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create review, breach review, and QC workflows in conjunction with PM; responsible for implementing these workflows.
  • Perform QA on batches being released by team members (post QC); identify error trends and create remedial actions.
  • Work with Team Leaders on queries (if TL is unable to resolve).
  • Technical coaching and training for MDR and CIR TLs.

Requirements:

  • Must be an attorney.
  • At least 1+ year of experience as APM and total eDiscovery experience of at least 4+ years.
  • Strong legal support and technical background required.
  • Technical experience including SharePoint, Advanced Excel, and excellent English verbal and written skills.
