- Utilizing technical expertise and skilled experience to ensure the execution of projects and programs meet the highest standards, bringing significant value to the organization.
- Collaborating and communicating across cross-functional teams to track the design process and deliver projects on-time, meeting client expectations.
- Assuming ownership of the overall program roadmap, prioritization, and successful operationalization of solutions.
- Facilitating the overall vendor management strategy, including the bidding process.
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- 8-10 years of experience in a technical program management role.
- Minimum 5 years of experience delivering Enterprise IT solutions in an engineering or manufacturing environment, such as PLM, ERP, MES, or CRM. ERP experience is beneficial.
- Strong stakeholder relationship management skills that inspire trust and confidence, particularly in a matrix organization structure.
- Effective oral and written communication skills, with significant experience in presenting effectively to diverse audiences and all levels within the organization.
- Experience managing global cross-functional project teams of resources.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, document, plan, structure, budget – including forecasting and spend tracking, market, and execute technology projects, with experience managing projects or programs with budgets ranging from $2 million to $10 million USD.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, influence, and resolve conflict.
- Ability to demonstrate experience or knowledge of working with 3rd party suppliers and negotiating contract terms.
