Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Accounting Professional to lead our Intercompany Team. As an experienced Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end IC process, manage a team of 3-4 members, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in handling complex accounting processes. They will also possess a deep understanding of consolidations accounting principles and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Intercompany IC process from start to finish
  • Lead a team of 3-4 members, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve global IC variances
  • Review and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Candidates must have at least 8 years of work experience in Finance Controllership / Consolidations, Inter-Company Accounting
  • Thorough knowledge of consolidations accounting principles and procedures
  • Experience in handling inter company accounting / IC ledger reviews / reconciliations etc.
  • Month end close experience is required
  • Transformation projects experience is an added advantage
  • Team handling experience is necessary
  • End to end process knowledge of intercompany process is essential
  • Experience in handling multiple stakeholders from different global regions
