Job Opportunity:

The Store Manager position at a retail establishment is a dynamic role that oversees the day-to-day operations of the store. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with established guidelines, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and managing revenue and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Store Operations:
    • Lead store operations to ensure alignment with predefined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while maintaining an aesthetically pleasing store layout.
    • Control inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with the supply chain for optimal product availability.
    • Implement security measures and loss prevention strategies to safeguard inventory and assets.
  • Customer Experience:
    • Enhance overall customer experience, satisfaction, and issue resolution through implemented processes.
    • Ensure an outstanding in-store customer experience, including product knowledge, assistance, and issue resolution, fostering customer loyalty.
  • People Management:
    • Lead retail staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high-level customer service and sales effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with central functions such as marketing, finance, and human resources to ensure alignment with broader company policies and maintain integration of in-store and online operations.
