Lead Retail Professional

Bridlen is a premium shoemaker dedicated to craftsmanship, timeless design, and honest shoemaking. Each pair is made with traditional techniques like Goodyear welting and hand-channeling, reflecting a commitment to quality and heritage.

We are opening our flagship store in Bombay and are seeking an experienced retail leader to manage operations, build a strong team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences that embody Bridlen's values.

About the Role
  • Recruit, train, and mentor store staff to achieve high performance goals.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer-first service to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience as a Store Manager, preferably in luxury/fashion/footwear, with a proven track record of leading teams and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and quality, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
  2. Drive sales performance by implementing strategies to improve KPIs and execute in-store events, launches, and brand activations.
  3. Maintain Bridlen's premium retail standards in displays and presentation, ensuring attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6+ years as a Store Manager, preferably in luxury/fashion/footwear.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Proven success in leading teams and achieving sales targets.
  • Sales & Growth: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for artisanal products and premium customer service.
  • Inventory & Operations: Proficiency with POS and inventory management systems, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ability to maintain Bridlen's premium retail standards in displays and presentation.
