About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Debt Management Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic legal guidance to senior stakeholders on optimizing debt management processes.

Key responsibilities include ensuring that all processes are ethical, compliant, and scalable, overseeing and resolving debt-related disputes and litigation, and conducting in-depth legal research to support litigation strategies and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Advise senior stakeholders on legal strategies for optimizing debt management processes.
  • Oversee and resolve debt-related disputes and litigation.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research to support litigation and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in litigation processes, civil procedure, and relevant laws and regulations in India, with prior experience in debt management in banks, NBFCs, or asset reconstruction companies being highly desirable.

A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential qualities for this role.
