About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill this position.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Pre-Sales Support:
    1. Partner with sales team to understand client needs and business challenges.
    2. Conduct thorough analysis and translate client requirements into compelling proposals.
    3. Deliver engaging solution demonstrations and presentations to both technical and business audiences.
    4. Respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposal) and RFIs (Requests for Information) with high-quality responses.
  2. Solution Development:
    1. Design innovative solutions that address specific client needs and align with their strategic objectives.
    2. Build a compelling pitch for internal and external audience with the right strategy.
  3. Market Expertise:
    1. Maintain a deep understanding of the global landscape, including latest trends and regulatory requirements.
    2. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of competitors and their offerings.
    3. Contribute to thought leadership activities, such as Point of View, white papers, blog posts, or conference presentations.
  4. Collaboration:
    1. Work closely with sales, product management, consulting, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive strategy.
    2. Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
    Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Masters / MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of overall experience with significant exposure to pre-sales, solutions consulting, or related role within the industry.
  • Good understanding of ISV landscape, PE / VC value creation and product engineering services.
  • Proven capability in consulting or program management for large scale product engineering or digital transformation programs is desirable.
  • Good understanding of GenAI and Cloud computing is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
