Overview

Job Title: College Applications Essay Consultant

We are a leading education consulting company, serving students from over 19 countries. Our platform connects students aiming to pursue master's degrees abroad with current or past students at top universities worldwide.

Role Description

The Operations and Quality Control team ensures the company remains operationally efficient while coordinating between our brilliant mentors and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the end-to-end process for each student subscribing to our Undergraduate and Masters service offerings.
  • Work with individual stakeholders (Mentors, University selection team, students, and parents) on the application process.
  • Talk to customers from over 19 countries every day, understanding their needs, and helping them make it to their dream universities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We need someone who is highly detail-oriented, diligent, and organized in their work. Since we work with a large number of customers and mentors, we need you to take ownership and adopt a careful and systematic approach.

You Will Thrive If You Have:

  • Excellent writing skills with past experience in content editing/writing.
  • Excellent organizational, project, and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially email communication.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders of the company and senior management.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • A team-oriented mindset and the ability to coordinate with team members and other departments.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility, self-assurance, and innovative problem-solving aptitudes.
  • Ability to gather feedback from customers and incorporate it for continuous process improvement.

Bonus Points: If you applied to a UG or PG degree abroad yourself and know the process well.
