Job Summary:

A key business role will provide crucial support to various business functions in documenting and describing operational requirements for a specific application.

This position involves converting operational needs into a comprehensive maintenance plan, ensuring alignment with global IT strategy and policies.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with other specialists to ensure consistency and effective long-term governance of data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date on vendor updates, patches, and fixes to optimize application performance.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the application, aligning it with strategic objectives.
  • Introduce new functionality and propose enhancements to drive business efficiency and productivity.
  • Evaluate and monitor the quality, performance, and cost-effectiveness of the application in scope.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Document and maintain accurate records of operational requirements for the application and related areas.
  • Provide second- and third-line support as needed to ensure seamless operation.
  • Coordinate testing of the application according to a defined test strategy and plan.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as business administration or computer science.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working with the application in question.
  • Profound knowledge of business processes supported by the application in scope.
