Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

This is a challenging opportunity to lead our quality assurance team in ensuring the highest standards of quality and food safety across all aspects of our operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of cleaning and sanitation activities, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintaining proper housekeeping.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality and food safety programs, including line validation, product validation, package validation, process change validations, and approval from regulatory authorities.
  • Conduct skill gap assessments and training need assessments for quality manpower, developing a training calendar for QA personnel.
  • Track departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), conduct root cause analysis, prepare corrective action plans, and implement measures to achieve goals and objectives.
  • C coordinate with the supply chain to monitor inventory disposition dates, delivery due dates, stacking norms, material compatibility, and first expiration first out (FEFO).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microbiology.
  • At least 15-20 years of relevant work experience in quality assurance.
  • Highly organized individual with excellent attention to detail.
