Cluster Marketing Executive

This role focuses on driving the execution of marketing campaigns, with strategic tie-ups with local players to deliver delightful experiences for Trends customers. Key responsibilities include performing competitive analysis, providing regular updates to the HO, and ensuring accurate data entry into the system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Footfall:
- Maximize return on investment while conducting promotional activities at stores and in the catchment area.
- Promote gift voucher sales and space rentals to generate additional income.
- Business Process:
- Enhance the GRN processing system.
- Develop a more efficient PO generation process.
- Customer Centricity:
- Ensure accurate data entry for loyalty customers.
- Conduct customer exit interviews to understand pain points and feedback.
- Establish local tie-ups to boost customer satisfaction.
Major Challenges:
- Regular travel to Tier 2 towns is essential to understand customer behavior and local feedback.
- Strengthen the loyalty program through regular follow-ups with SMs.
