We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Manager to join our team at The BIG Advantage. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies to build brand equity, increase market share, and achieve business goals.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.) to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform brand strategy and campaign development.
  • Brand Messaging: Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all marketing materials and communication channels. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure brand integrity.
  • Creative Direction: Collaborate with creative teams to develop and produce high-quality marketing assets, including advertisements, promotional materials, and content for digital and offline channels.
  • Partnerships & Sponsorships: Identify and manage strategic partnerships and sponsorships that align with brand objectives and enhance brand visibility.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of brand marketing initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective marketing activities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and public relations, to ensure alignment and coordination of brand marketing efforts.
  • Event Planning: Oversee the planning and execution of brand-related events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand presence and engagement.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Communications, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in brand marketing or a related field with a proven track record of successful brand management and campaign execution.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of brand management principles and marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing budgets and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
