Job Summary:

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our growing Business Intelligence team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping small and medium businesses make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand and document business requirements through collaborative efforts with stakeholders.
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau to facilitate data-driven insights.
  • Work closely with the founding team to support client projects and internal analytics initiatives.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends that can optimize business operations.
  • Develop automated data processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Present findings effectively through clear and concise reports and presentations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience with Python for data analysis is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and take up responsibility while collaborating with the team.
