Senior Visual Designer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Visual Designer to join our product team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bring concepts to life through collaboration with engineers.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to contribute to end-to-end product development, from concept to delivery, while working with cutting-edge tools at the intersection of design, engineering, and AI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft wireframes, user flows, and prototypes using Figma to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Lead user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.
  • E nsure designs align with accessibility, inclusivity, and responsiveness standards.
Design-to-Development Handoff
  • Use tools like Figma's Dev Mode, Zeplin, or Storybook to provide clean assets and clear design specs to engineers.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure faithful implementation of designs.
  • Understand front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS, basic React/Flutter concepts) to better communicate with developers.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio demonstrating capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, dev handoff).
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, React concepts preferred).
  • Strong visual design sensibility with knowledge of typography, color, and grid systems.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience contributing to or managing a design system.
  • Motion/interaction design skills (After Effects, Lottie, Figma Motion plugins).
