Design Visionary

Craft user-centric designs that drive innovation and enhance user experience.

  • Develop High-Fidelity Wireframes: Utilize Figma to create interactive prototypes showcasing a deep understanding of design principles and methodologies.
  • Design Innovative User Interfaces: Prioritize usability and accessibility across platforms and devices with visually appealing designs.
  • Maintain Design Consistency: Establish and maintain design systems, UI kits, and style guides within Figma to ensure uniformity across projects.
  • Lead Junior Designers: Mentor and guide junior designers in UI/UX design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Conduct User Testing: Gather feedback and iteratively enhance designs based on user-centered design principles and usability testing results.
  • Collaborate with Development Teams: Ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain design integrity throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design or Human-Computer Interaction (or equivalent work experience).
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with expertise in using Figma as the primary design tool.
  • Proven track record of delivering innovative and user-centric designs across web and mobile platforms.
  • Expert-level understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes and translate complex ideas into intuitive and visually stunning designs.
  • Deep knowledge of front-end development technologies and their influence on design feasibility.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
