Job Title:

Precision Plastic Mold Operator

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating the BFW machine with precision and accuracy, ensuring high-quality products are produced on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and interpret 2D and 3D drawings, tooling elements, and job settings
  • Operate the VMC BFW machine with Fusion 360 software knowledge
  • Select tools and press tools for plastic mold operations
  • Run the machine according to programming time, reporting production logs and completing jobs within planning time
  • Qualify parts using DME inspection

Requirements:

  • Experience in VMC operation and programming
  • Familiarity with Fusion 360 software
  • Understanding of tooling elements and job settings
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
