Job Summary

This role involves overseeing production, maintenance and quality control in Extrusion Blow Molding and Injection Molding processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth production, minimal downtime and optimal quality control
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall performance
Requirements
  • BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in Extrusion Blow Molding and Injection Molding
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate and direct teams effectively
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
