**Job Opportunity for Senior Structural Engineer**

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our team of junior structural engineers in delivering high-quality engineering solutions.

  • Lead, mentor and manage a team of junior structural engineers.
  • Coordinate with structural consultants and peer reviewers.

Project Management & Execution:

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing structural engineering projects from concept through completion, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, client liaison, contractor coordination, and regulatory compliance.

  • Ensure timely delivery of engineering designs, plans, and documents within quality and cost parameters.

Structural Design & Analysis:

You will be responsible for leading and reviewing the development of structural design for buildings, retaining walls, and other structures. This will involve overseeing the preparation of detailed engineering calculations, load assessments, and finite element analysis using software tools such as ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, and RCDC.

  • Lead and review the development of structural design.
  • Oversee the preparation of detailed engineering calculations.
  • Validate design assumptions and methodologies against applicable international and local standards.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders on structural matters, participating in design charrettes, pre-construction meetings, construction progress meetings, preparing and presenting technical reports, proposals, and recommendations to senior management through appointed consultants.
