Key Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of this role involve overseeing construction activities, ensuring quality control and coordination with stakeholders.

  • Site Planning and Management: Prepare accurate and detailed site plans and specifications to guide construction activities.
  • Site Inspections and Compliance: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design, project specifications, and safety codes.
  • Survey and Measurement Services: Direct or perform surveys and measurements as required for the project.
  • Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Estimate costs and prepare budgets for construction activities.
  • Project Coordination and Delivery: Plan and coordinate construction activities for timely completion of projects.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with architects, consultants, and contractors on project estimations and designs.
  • Geotechnical Analysis: Perform geotechnical analysis and conduct soil tests for structural foundations.

This is a full-time on-site role where the individual will oversee construction activities, ensure quality control, and coordinate with stakeholders.

Daily tasks include managing on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and communicating project progress to the team. The individual will also collaborate with civil and structural engineers to ensure project goals are met efficiently.

Requirements:

  • On-site project management experience in civil and structural engineering
  • Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members and stakeholders
  • Strong background in quality control processes and safety compliance in construction projects
  • Proficiency in using project planning and scheduling tools
  • Site Engineer with Degree/ Diploma in civil engineering with min 2-3 years' experience
