Construction Project Lead

The role of a construction project lead is multifaceted and requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and effective communication.

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities to align with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Monitor work on-site to ensure it meets quality and safety standards as well as any regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices to ensure a secure work environment for all personnel on the construction site.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to efficiently allocate resources.
  • Provide technical guidance, resolve engineering issues, and make decisions related to construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records including daily progress reports, site diaries, and change orders.
  • Address and resolve unexpected issues that may arise during construction offering practical solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Keep clients informed about project progress, address their concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in BTech/ BE Civil Engineering, have fresher experience, proficiency in construction management, knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
