Job Title

A Senior Site Manager oversees construction activities to ensure timely and quality execution.

  • Key Responsibilities: Supervises site activities, reviews drawings, executes site works, and coordinates with subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitors progress against schedule and reports daily/weekly updates to the project manager.
  • Safety and Compliance: Conducts quality checks and ensures adherence to safety standards.
  • Site Resources: Manages site resources efficiently.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolves technical issues at the site and escalates major deviations when required.
  • Documentation: Supports quantity measurements, contractor billing, and documentation.

Requirements & Skills

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of civil construction methods, materials, and structural systems.
  • Proficiency in Tools: Proficient in reading drawings and using tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.
  • Safety Protocols: Sound understanding of safety protocols, QA/QC procedures, and local construction norms.
  • Leadership & Communication: Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage contractors, site teams, and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Background

  • Experience: Prior experience in real estate or construction projects involving residential high-rises, commercial spaces, or infrastructure.
  • Mep Coordination: Exposure to MEP coordination and finishing stages of construction.
  • Regulatory Standards: Familiarity with IS codes, regulatory standards, and local building bye-laws.
