Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a performance marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Lead budget planning, allocation, and ROI tracking to maximize customer acquisition and retention
  • Build and manage a high-quality performance marketing funnel to achieve CAC, LTV, and payback period benchmarks
  • Rapidly experiment with creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve efficiency

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6–10 years of experience in performance marketing, with a minimum of 2–3 years in a fast-growing D2C brand
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale ad spends across multiple platforms
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, with strong technical know-how in campaign setup, attribution, and optimization
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in cohort analysis, funnel tracking, and performance dashboards
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, or equivalent
