Executive Leadership Opportunity

    As a seasoned executive, you will spearhead the development and implementation of our business strategy. Your expertise in strategic planning, operations management, and stakeholder collaboration will be invaluable in driving our company forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Possess a deep understanding of market trends and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive plans for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams, including product, operations, finance, and marketing.

    Operational Efficiency: Analyze internal processes to identify areas for optimization and implement improvements. Champion process automation and scalable systems that support business growth.

    Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Prepare materials and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

    You will also have the opportunity to devise and execute strategies for collections of payments from customers under our new business line.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy/consulting/operations management, preferably in the automotive, logistics, or energy sectors.
  • Proven experience in managing franchisee relationships and multi-site operations.
