Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Record to Report (RTR) function.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial reporting, accounting, and stakeholder management. Key areas of focus include leading month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate accounting and reconciliations, managing journal entries, accruals, provisions, balance sheet reconciliations, and intercompany accounting.

A key aspect of the role is driving process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency. The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to support audits, compliance, and financial analysis requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of R2R / RTR processes including GL, closing & reporting, reconciliations, and controls.
  • Solid understanding of accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP/IND AS).
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and drive performance.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Education: Chartered Accountant
  • Experience: 10–14 years of overall experience with at least 4–5 years in R2R / RTR and team leadership.
  • Prior exposure to shared services / global finance operations is highly desirable.
