About this role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our finance team as a Finance Executive – R2R.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of consolidated/standalone books of accounts & financial reports, ensuring review and timely issuance of relevant financial statements in accordance with Indian accounting standards.

This includes compliance with SEBI LODR guidelines, data collection for RPT compliance, and ensuring high standards of accuracy in representation of financial data. The successful candidate will also be responsible for reviewing and approving related party transactions schedules/reconciliation, and assisting internal and external auditors with smooth query resolution.

Key responsibilities include reducing overall Turn-Around-Time (TAT) of the consolidation process, improving reporting speed and efficiency, and developing strong relationships with other working groups. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for effective maintenance of Fixed Asset Register and coordination in physical verification of assets, working of lease accounting as per IND AS 116, and control and review of Lease asset schedule.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in financial reporting process preferably in same/ similar industry
  • Knowledge and experience of SAP S4 HANA – ERP system
  • Sound understanding of various Financial Accounting Standards (local and global) and Accounting Principles
  • Expert in tools and systems for Financial Consolidation
