Community Engagement Manager

About This Role:
We are seeking a skilled Community Engagement Manager to lead our nationwide ecosystem of carpenters, contractors, and partners across India. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for building connections, designing loyalty programs, and driving marketing initiatives that create lasting impact.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow a national network of partners and stakeholders
- Design and execute engaging content, newsletters, WhatsApp updates, and campaigns to foster brand loyalty
- Conceptualize and launch an app-based loyalty program for partners, focusing on repeat engagement and loyalty
- Build strategic relationships with sales teams to drive leads, follow-ups, and partner engagement
- Collaborate on ground marketing initiatives, event sponsorships, and brand activations to maximize reach and impact
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Media, Visual Arts, Mass Communication, Journalism, MBA in Media Management, Advertising, PR, Marketing Communications
- 1-2 years of experience in event management, product launch campaigns, loyalty programs, or on-field marketing initiatives
- Native Hindi speaker (mandatory)
