Job Title: Compliance Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Compliance Associate to support the effective coordination, maintenance, and documentation of compliance activities across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of compliance obligations and ensure timely submission of statutory returns or compliance actions.
  • Monitor deadlines and maintain accurate records of data processing activities, data breaches, and subject rights requests.
  • Support in drafting, formatting, and publishing internal policies and procedures.

Documentation & Records Management:

  • Maintain up-to-date records of consent, privacy notices, and data processing agreements.
  • Log and escalate privacy concerns as appropriate.

Reporting & Audit Preparation:

  • Collate documentation and evidence for internal and external audits or inspections.
  • Generate regular compliance status reports and dashboards.

Staff Training & Awareness:

  • Monitor and report on completion rates of mandatory compliance training.
  • Provide administrative support for scheduling and tracking training and briefings.

Cross-Departmental Liaison:

  • Coordinate with departments to gather compliance inputs.
  • Work with the IT team to support cybersecurity compliance measures.
