A dynamic and accomplished Strength & Conditioning Coach is sought to contribute to the success of our corporate wellness and performance programs.

The ideal candidate will work closely with an experienced Head Coach to support high-intensity group training, functional strength development, and mobility sessions.

  • Assist and occasionally lead high-energy Strength & Conditioning sessions.
  • Design and deliver effective Mobility & Recovery programs.
  • Conduct daily consultations with clients for assessments and progress tracking.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement comprehensive training blocks.
  • Educate clients on proper form and technique in every session.
  • Develop personalized plans to enhance consistency and confidence.

Key qualifications include a recognized Strength & Conditioning certification, minimum 18 months of coaching experience, and a strong understanding of corrective exercise and injury-prevention techniques.
