We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Trainer to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training sessions on wealth management products, solutions, and services tailored for HNI and institutional clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Training: Deliver in-depth training sessions on wealth management products, solutions, and services.
  • Onboarding & Handholding: Provide continuous support and guidance to new Relationship Managers.
  • Performance Enablement: Monitor and follow up on RMs' progress, ensuring they achieve business objectives.
  • Certification Preparation: Assist RMs in preparing for relevant industry certifications.
  • Sales Enablement: Teach RMs effective pitching techniques and client engagement strategies.
  • Continuous Development: Provide feedback, coaching, and remedial training where necessary.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience in wealth management or similar domain.
  • Prior experience in training, coaching, or mentoring teams is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of HNI and institutional client needs and relationship-building strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex financial products and tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with certification requirements and compliance standards within the wealth management industry.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and passionate about developing others.
