The role of a Senior PeopleSoft Functional Consultant involves providing technical expertise in the implementation, customization, and support of the PeopleSoft Time & Labor and Payroll modules. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with recent versions of PeopleSoft (v9.1/9.2 preferred) and a solid understanding of payroll processing, pay groups, work schedules, and time reporting codes.
Key responsibilities include working closely with business stakeholders to gather and document payroll/time & labor requirements, configuring and customizing PeopleSoft Time & Labor and Payroll modules, conducting thorough system testing and end-user training, ensuring system compliance with payroll tax laws and labor regulations, and providing post-implementation support and suggesting process improvements.
Requirements:- 8+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft Functional Consultant
- Strong configuration skills in Time & Labor and Payroll modules
- Good knowledge of Fusion HCM integration and how PeopleSoft interacts with other systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience creating reports using PeopleSoft Query, nVision, or BI Publisher
- Valid LinkedIn profile link
- Experience with recent versions of PeopleSoft (v9.1/9.2)
- Good SQL skills for reporting and data validation
