Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operations of all food and beverage outlets to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring a positive impact on our guests.
  • Ensure strict adherence to brand standards in all aspects of food and beverage operations.
  • Develop and manage a talented team of professionals, providing guidance and support for career growth and development.
  • Manage guest inquiries and concerns with timely and effective resolution.
  • Work within established guidelines to maintain control over food, liquor costs, and payroll expenses.
  • Establish departmental goals, objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies to drive success.
  • Collaborate with the food and beverage team to design menus that meet the expectations of our discerning guests.
  • Conduct monthly inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Inspire team members to maximize sales and revenue through incentive programs and motivational strategies.
  • Perform annual and mid-year performance evaluations for managers under your supervision.
  • Monitor and evaluate guest satisfaction levels, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate regular communication meetings and generate meeting minutes to foster open dialogue.
  • Embody an environmentally conscious approach to hospitality operations.
  • Support other departments as needed, maintaining positive working relationships throughout the organization.
  • Adhere to hotel security protocols, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation at all times.
