The successful candidate will lead and oversee all financial management activities, including planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and cash flow for the organization. They will collaborate with leadership to drive financial efficiency, support strategic decisions, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning & Operations: Manage day-to-day finance operations, including budgeting, spending, cash flow, and financial analysis.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and forecasts for management.
  • Vendor & Client Management: Oversee vendor, client, and employee payments, salary processing, and expense reimbursements with proper documentation.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely filing and payment of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and coordination with auditors for internal and external audits.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial planning and cost optimization; analyze income and expense tracking to maintain financial health.
  • Payment Follow-up: Drive payment follow-ups, maintain receivables/payables tracker, and handle banking and office visits as necessary.
  • Financial Process Improvement: Implement and maintain financial processes using ERP, Tally, SAP, and Excel.
  • Leadership Support: Provide actionable financial insights to leadership for effective decision-making.
  • Liaison & Coordination: Liaise with banks, consultants, and other external agencies as required.

Requirements

  • Education & Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce; CA or MBA (Finance) preferred.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 3–6 years' experience in finance management roles, preferably in manufacturing, hospitality, or related industries.
  • Knowledge & Skills: Strong knowledge of Indian statutory regulations (GST, TDS, PF, ESI); proficient in ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial modeling.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills; attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
