Risk Management Associate Lead Position

We are seeking an experienced Risk Management Associate Lead to join our team in Mohali, India.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing and performing daily risk position, daily profit and loss (PnL) reporting, future/option reconciliation, FX reporting, mark-to-market (MTM) on month end & balance sheet reconciliations, etc.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform daily risk positions and explain variance.
- Post futures/options in SAP based on exchange trades.
- Prepare daily reconciliation of unrealized/realized MTM on futures/options.
- Reconcile daily with trader PnL.
- Prepare daily PnL based on market price movements.
- Perform FX reporting to hedge currency risk.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts in OneStream.
- Prepare risk reports, freight exposure, etc. for senior leadership.
- Calculate MTM on month end.
- Post MTM in SAP on month end.
- Reconcile intercompany MTM with other Bunge entities on month end.
- Comply with Sarbanes Oxley Standards.
- Ensure internal finance controls and procedures are in place and compliant with company policies.
- Prepare MTM adjustments and share with trade accountants to post.
- Identify and resolve mismatches in IC balances with counterparties.
- Prepare and update process documentation.
- Liaise with auditors (internal and external) and respond to queries.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in agribusiness/commodity trading industry preferred.
- Minimum education qualification – CMA, FRM, or MBA preferred.
- Good knowledge of concepts and procedures related to Mark to Market, Options, Futures, Hedging, Intercompany, and Risk Positions.
- Ability to provide high-quality customer service for MTM, Intercompany, and other reporting activities.
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and deliver high-quality output under time pressure.
- Independent and meticulous with figures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal/external teams across the globe.
- Strong problem-solving and organization skills.
- Develop knowledge of the business, accounting systems, Reconciliation policy, Finance Control standards, and Quality Framework and ensure compliance with these.
- Excellent computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in ERP/Accounting systems (SAP) will be an added advantage.
