Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office premises.
This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills, including:
- Maintenance and Security: Supervising the upkeep of our office to ensure a clean and secure environment for all employees.
- Stakeholder Management: Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding administrative matters.
- Housekeeping Staff Management: Coordinating and managing housekeeping staff to ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Office Supplies and Equipment: Managing office supplies stock and procurement, distribution, and inventory control of office equipment, furniture, and supplies.
- Floor Plan and Seating Allocation: Managing floor plan and allocation of seating and ID card management.
- Cafeteria and Security Management: Managing cafeteria operations and overall office security.
- Office Boy's Outdoor Activities: Managing office boy's outdoor activities.
- Admin Matters Coordination: Coordinating with department heads for their administrative matters.
- Bill Processing and Vendor Reconciliation: Tracking payments and reconciling with vendors on a quarterly basis.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of administrative activities, including expenses, invoices, and contracts.
- AMC Services and Vendor Management: Managing AMC services as per the scope of the contract and vendor relationships.
- Asset and Event Management: Overseeing asset management and event planning.
- MIS Reporting: Preparing and sending MIS reports on a regular basis.
