Job Description

We seek an Enterprise Data Architect to manage client business data assets in alignment with the Client's Data & Analytics Strategy.

The role involves discovering and analyzing data and analytics requirements, applying logical and analytical thinking to deliver innovative database solutions that drive business outcomes.

The successful candidate will influence and shape the client's Data & Analytics Strategy to align with long-term business goals, leading data architecture and solution design, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing data integration solutions using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and Informatica with Snowflake for seamless data movement and transformation.

You will create data models using Visio, Erwin, or similar tools, develop mapping documents, and collaborate with ETL and testing teams for seamless implementation.

Interacting with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather, validate requirements, and secure sign-offs, you will drive multiple initiatives/projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and timeliness.

Enhancing organizational decision-making by surfacing data priorities and maximizing value derived from analytics, you will conduct business data modeling and enable enterprise data management practices.

Success is measured by your ability to ensure security, integrity, and performance of data assets, with a focus on improving Data Hub performance.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years focused on information systems design or data architecture.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing information solutions and database structures.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience working across cultures, coaching teams, and driving high performance.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing data and analytics management programs is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze project/program/portfolio needs and determine required resources while overcoming cross-functional challenges.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
