Job Title:

A leading professional in process management is sought to drive business change and transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the central point of contact for all process-related queries and activities.
  • Develop, implement, and advise on processes and activities for delivering business change and transformation programs.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and teams to identify opportunities for digital roadmap and efficiency gains.
  • Closely coordinate with cross-functional teams to govern plan timing delivery.
  • Embed tools and techniques for continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Deliver best business practices within the organization and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Utilize structured problem-solving skills to influence internal partners through training coaching sharing best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Closely work with Process Governance Team Service Delivery team to ensure all Process Documents are updated approved.
