SAP Transformation Expert

Job Summary:

  • Led the planning and implementation of SAP projects from initiation through to completion, delivering business value and optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Defined project scope, goals, and deliverables that supported enterprise objectives and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Developed and managed comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource allocations to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Team Management: Led and motivated cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment that promoted knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Risk Management: Identified potential project risks and developed mitigation strategies to minimize impact and optimize outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Managed relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment, satisfaction, and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communication: Prepared and delivered regular project updates and presentations to executive management, showcasing progress and achievements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Project Management Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent required, with experience in managing complex projects and teams.
  • Methodologies: Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Cloud technologies, SaaS solutions, mobile applications, and digital transformation processes, with experience in implementing SAP ECC and S4 HANA projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field, with Master's degree or MBA as a plus.
  • Advanced Tools and Software Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana), cloud platforms, and financial analysis tools, with experience in coordinating internal resources and third parties for successful project execution.

 

With expertise in managing SAP projects, you will be able to:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Manage SAP projects including S4 HANA conversion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Oversee budget management and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints, with no compromises on quality or functionality.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement, promoting continuous learning and growth.
